Lurena is a Swedish K-beauty skincare brand. We sell four products, all built around PDRN, and we print the full ingredient list on every product page.
Who we are
Lurena is run by Rehcore AB in Borås, Sweden, and is a brand within the Rehcore group.
Rehcore sells support and training products for rehabilitation. That is where our background lies, and the distance from there to skincare is shorter than it might sound. Both are about the body. Both are about products you use regularly over a long period. And in both cases the customer wants to know what they are actually using, not just what the packaging promises. We brought that way of working with us into Lurena.
Why PDRN
PDRN is short DNA strands extracted from salmon. The ingredient is well established in K-beauty and talked about enough that a fair number of claims circulate around it. We have built the whole range around it, and we let the ingredient list speak instead of the marketing.

How we write about what is inside
Every product page carries the full ingredient list in INCI format, the same text that appears on the packaging. Nothing is left out. Where the concentration is worth knowing, we state it. The eye cream contains five percent niacinamide, and that is on the page.
What we do not write is that an ingredient does something to your skin. EU rules on claims for cosmetic products are strict, and we would rather stay inside them than promise things that sound good. It makes our copy drier than most. We think that is a price worth paying.
Warehouse and delivery
Orders are packed and shipped from Flow 3PL in Borås. The company shares ownership with Rehcore, so our logistics sit close to us rather than being bought at a distance. That is also why we can promise that orders placed before 1 PM on a weekday go out the same day.
Returns go to the same address. Wait for the return label before sending anything back, so the parcel ends up in the right place.
