Shipping policy

When do you ship my order?
Order before 1 PM on a weekday and we ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next weekday. During busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday it can take up to four business days.

Free shipping
Shipping is free on orders over €44.90. Below that amount, the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time
Times are counted from when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Rest of the EU 2 to 5 business days
Denmark 1 to 3 business days
Sweden 1 to 3 business days
Finland 2 to 4 business days

We'll let you know if an item is delayed because of high order volume. We do not pay compensation for delivery delays.

Risk during transit
We carry the risk of the item being damaged or lost in transit from our warehouse to you. You carry the risk for any return to us.

Shipping method
The shipping method and carrier are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If delivery to a pickup point cannot be completed, we switch to delivery to your address at no extra cost.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
